This conventional magnet device features
1-1/2” neodymium N42-grade magnets housed in sturdy polycarbonate oval fixtures with brushed aluminum handles. The magnets exhibit a very long engagment distance and a peak attraction force of approximately 23 lbs. (fully saturated from the factory). Notice there is no 'preferred' alignment position, and the resistance to shear forces is minimal. These provide a hands-on contrast to any of CMR's Coded Magnet^TM devices.
